- Our store director was the worse and had no concept of work life balance besides micromanaging and talking down to staff in front of other staff members. - Hiring from within was next near impossible, you had to constantly email our DM to fight for a well deserved position. - Got laid off after working only 6 months due to “Downsizing” the company which was a joke. A week before I got laid off they had 10 interviews set up. Had nothing to do with my work ethic apparently but was disheartening since I really enjoyed that job. They also offered another employee to step down from their position and never gave me the choice either.
