Great business with great people - Recensione dipendente - Group HR Director presso Meldrum Group

From the moment of my interview, I knew Meldrums was a company I wanted to be part of. On arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and taken into a meeting room, where I had the privilege of meeting our CEO along with directors from the various divisions of the business. From that first interaction, I was made to feel more than welcome, and will never forget the personal touch of our CEO walking me out afterwards. Joining the Meldrum family has truly been the best career decision I have made. More recently, when I unfortunately took poorly in June 2025, I was shown just how special this company really is. The level of care, support and understanding I received was beyond anything I could have hoped for. From our CEO, HR team and my Op's Director, the kindness shown to me was a huge part of my recovery, and knowing that Meldrums stood right alongside my family gave me incredible strength. I am so lucky to be here today writing this, and I cannot thank you all enough. I will forever be grateful to be part of such an amazing company that not only values it's people on a professional level, but cares for them on a personal level too. Flexibility around working hours and location. Hugely diverse opportunities across a range of sectors. The people are so welcoming, it's not just lip service.

The fast pace may not suit everyone, but it certainly does suit me, and there's always support when needed.
