The small size of the team means that it is possible to establish relationships with everyone at the site. -The structure is seemingly flat and thus not only are contributions and constructive criticism from everyone on the team encouraged, they are expected. -All of the employees seemed eager and willing to get out of their way to help and to teach. -Interns are expected to contribute and are assigned meaningful tasks with high impact on the products in development. -The technologies developed at this site are cutting edge and thus extremely exciting. -Although the pressure of deadlines always loomed above the heads of the engineers, the environment was always enjoyable. Everybody was capable of taking a few minutes off to relax and to enjoy a good cup of coffee together or to play an intense foosball match.
