EVERYONE is valued and has a voice... really unheard of in my work experience Day to day: The jobs I work on range from small one to 5 day projects to ground up new home construction along with some commercial work. Most projects are remodels which can be challenging and sometimes a little scary, you never know exactly what your going to find until you start the demolition process but Melton DB has developed a great system for identifying and mitigating asbestos and mold issues. No matter what happens during the discovery and construction process, I never feel like I’m out on a limb by myself. It’s a good feeling knowing that I have the support of the entire company. Job security: Melton DB has been in Boulder for over 25 years , everyone knows who we are and our reputation is great in this community

This is a fantastic company and any negatives are due to issues found in any company . There are systems in place that encourage honesty, and dialogue between folks that have disagreements. Any kind of harassment, discrimination or conflicts are strongly discouraged ... a huge departure from the wolf pack culture I grew up in !
