Vantaggi

Competitive pay, good benefits offered, 12 hour shifts, good nursing staff for the most part. Also lots of OT available (when I still worked there).

Svantaggi

Almost always understaffed (nursing support), its all about who you know here too. Too many cranky, lazy employees being kept in positions due to being friends with higher ups. Also parking is horrible.
