Goals are clear onset and you have the complete autonomy on how´d you want to achieve it. Our leaders are so hardworking which influences me to do great day by day. We all are appreciative of small things and we celebrate and thank each other big or small. Salary and flexibility are both like an icing on a cake.

We are in the process of scaling up so changes has always been fast, therefore everyone should be good to adapt and keep up with it. (This is actually good and not a con*)

A friendly team of experts with clear goals and healthy ambition. Very diverse and good remote working culture. The work is challenging and rewarding and the team is appreciative. The company is respectful of work-life balance. The current core product, Timely solves a real problem and is well-liked by users.

It's not a con, however, the company is rapidly growing and evolving so it's important to be adaptable, open-minded, and trusting.
