Owner does not care about his staff. All Ontario locations closed down except Etobicoke with not even a few days notice. Everything else.

Decent pay in sales, tech and management

If you are back of the house staff like CSR, receiving, RMA, merchandizing, your pay will only ever be fine. Company makes part of your salary listed as bonus to short you if you get fired and lower your EI benefits. Also, this "bonus" is the reason why those people in those departments will never get a raise. The company pads their bottom line by not even keeping their staff wages up with inflation. Loyalty is punished

Most staff were great to work with. It's always great seeing and learning about new technology, fun environment with a feeling of comradery (for the most part)

Coworkers were great but the way the company was run was not. Very reactive with knee jerk over reactions instead of being proactive and planning ahead. All sick days were taken away .Issues with sexual harassment of women in the industry with zero repercussions. Very threatening about anyone who can't work on Black Friday and Boxing Day. Raises don't exist, inflation is not even remotely taken into consideration with regards to pay, the base pay has been the same well over a decade. Basically it feels like they don't care about staff only the bottom dollar.
