None that I can think of

Work from home 4 days a week (changed to two recently after I left so not even a pro)

management will take advantage of you. Managers wearing multiple hats leading to lack of communication within and between departments. Promised commissions and raises stripped. Lack of sales development within account manager roles. Little to no strategy for developing new business. Little to no support for account managers. Supervising managers will fail to communicate and you will be blamed for their lack of communication. Unmotivated and stationary!
