If your store operates a certain percentage profitable every year if you work for 1,000 hours that year you qualify for a bonus check. Each year that amount you receive will increase, but I believe there's a cap after 6 years.

-The pay isn't enough to support a family, if you have one. -High turn over rate -It's customer service so you will be working around a lot of older men. If you're a woman, (& some men) they can try to get handsy, and flirty. -The store I was at, the cashiers worked directly in front of 2 doors. So when it was cold outside, they were freezing at their cash registers. -Hard to get promoted -If you're part time and you want benefits, be prepared to pay half of what you make a month towards those benfits
