      There Manager Trainee program is just a joke.. they use you just as a helping hand since they are always low on people.. i worked in receiving for two weeks.. was supposed to get training but all i did breaking down pallets and got no training at all.. if u have a degree just find better job.. just put in my two weeks in..

      A few of the people are nice to work with.

      A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
