Most of the things the upper management says are illegal but everyone is afraid to say anything because they need the job, Opportunities for advancement are only available if your a favorite, 12-14 hour shifts with short breaks, Nobody knows how to follow the policies that are set, incredibly understaffed and want you to complete two to-do lists,freight,and help guests all day with only two people punched in and working. They also look for reasons to not have to pay you your well deserved bonus.
