Work/Life Balance is nonexistent, the CEO is a pompous jerk who only cares about his bottom line. The "Discount" is a joke, comes out of your pay. Direct management is either too lenient or will passive-agressively micromanage you to death. On top of that all the General Office regularly tunes into the cameras in any given store to even further micromanage, leading to a workplace atmosphere of control through fear that Big Brother is watching and will audit you if they even think you're not doing everything 100% by the book.
