At least at my store, the front end managers are so lost and disorganized and cant figure out how to guide people instead of yell or not motivate at all. As a carry out, i get disrespected and treated poorly. Our GM is just a guy who used to live in the area and was just given that position after slaving for 10+ years. the benefits do not balance out the negatives of the job and the morale is so low, that other employees from other stores look down upon this one and says its just the one of the worst. Another flaw with the company is the points system. its all automated, so if you get points for an illegitimate reason, you are stuck with them until the 90 roll over period.

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
