Customers easily get upset with you/ Menards. Retail hours. There is no one to replace a manager - if a manager doesn't show up or is on vacation, then another manager must cover all the hours. The corporate office will make new rules on a regular basis - some of which have no apparent value to Menards, but will upset some employees.
