      I enjoy working with the service users and the lovely staff. Staff all get on with each other and I've known the service users for a long time and feel I know them very well

      Salary is not good and there is much too much unnecessary paperwork. which seems to be repeated

      Thank you for the review. I appreciate the frustration that must be felt by Support Workers when faced with the considerable amount of paperwork that needs to be completed and updated with regularity however it is an important aspect of our work. Not only is recording activity and planning care necessary from a compliance aspect it also provides evidence of support provided.
