Nonstandard, a lot of coverage issues, minimal policy, frustrated customers, technical/system issues extremely slow unable to complete your work, extremely over work, stressful, need more adjusters to manage the volume, benefits is terrible, low pay for the amount of work, constant change in work duties/work load
