Wonderful coworkers made working there a breeze. There was always something to do to make the time pass quickly, and it was a relatively easy job. The products we sold were fun which made selling them fun, and the fact we could choose our own music was incredible. One hour breaks on 6+ hour shifts was also very nice.

Despite being a co-op company, management was beholden to upper management which often meant understaffing. Management was quite overworked, even having to cancel time off in some cases. Temp staff like myself felt like more of a stopgap during a holiday season surge than an actual solution to the issue of management overwork.
