I could probably make more money somewhere else, but I choose to work here because I appreciate all the other benefits I receive - the flexbility, collaboration, meaningful project work, and great group of people to work with

You get to move around projects often which can introduce you to a lot of new technologies quickly.

The upper management and senior team members do not follow their own policies that they are very strict on. Very hypocritical. Reviews for promotions are heavily skewed by people that have rarely if ever worked with you.
