MentorcliQ is the exact kind of company you're drawn to come back to. As one of two boomerangs on the marketing team, I gave up so much when I initially left the team to pursue another opportunity. MentorcliQ offers great compensation, very flexible work-from-home structure, a "results over hours" perspective, and a unique appreciation for working families. I can't count the number of times I have seen babies and kids on work calls (including my own). Nobody ever complains - people love to see 'em. Positively, none of that intimates a slack culture (though we do use Slack - constantly). Instead, the company leans into its core values of FunHAT (Fun, Helpful, Ambitious, Thoughful).
