Firstly, the pay is exceptionally low, falling below market standards. The £1000 incentive for passing CICM exam assessments feels like coercion. There is no adequate training and support. Even minimal time to prepare for this exam is not given. Secondly, the management is severely lacking. Expectations of immediate proficiency without proper training result in mistakes being called out without constructive feedback. They are very inconsistent with their processes as well. The need for a new manager is clear – five people left in less than a year. Favoritism is rampant, where favoured employees don't get called out for mistakes.Men and women aren't treated the same, creating a culture of stress with passive-aggressive behavior and too much micromanagement.
