Vantaggi

great office space and great therapists

Svantaggi

Horrible management. The co owner screams at employees in front of clients. The co owner would scream at clients. The other co owner would "hear" the complains but wouldn't do anything.

Vantaggi

They pay on time each pay period.

Svantaggi

This workplace has potential, but there are serious management and communication issues that make it difficult for employees to succeed. The business is run by a mother and daughter, and unfortunately there seems to be a lack of communication and organization between them. Front desk staff are often given conflicting instructions, with each manager directing employees in completely opposite ways. This puts employees in an impossible position and often leads to mistakes that are then unfairly blamed on the front desk team. Rather than taking responsibility for internal miscommunication, management tends to place the blame on staff. There is very little accountability at the leadership level, and feedback from employees does not appear to be welcomed. The work environment can feel tense, as employees are often spoken to rudely and made to feel like their concerns are invalid. A healthier workplace would involve open communication, mutual respect, and recognition that everyone—including management—has room to grow. Another concern involves client paperwork. Clients are expected to sign documents, but when they request copies of what they signed, they are told that providing copies is “illegal,” which raises concerns about transparency and professionalism. Overall, the biggest issue is leadership and organization. With clearer communication between management, more respect toward employees, and better transparency with clients, this workplace could improve significantly. Until then, front desk staff are often left carrying the burden of problems that originate at the management level.
