I really recommend this company only if you get a job as a developer or some stuff that makes you progress and achieve your objective. Also, for those people that want to have a stable job and want to make an internal career inside the company. There are too many roles to manage other projects but you won't be able to become an expert because you aren't deep in any technical part, but you will develop that leading part that everyone needs. (I hope I have expressed myself clearly).

- You will work more than 8 hours per day. - Not clear the future of the projects. - Continually changes of CTO so the objective of the IT department is always changing. - They don't work as a team, each one just wants to make his part of the project. - You won't be able to work remotely. - You are not able to work with comfortable clothes. - You can't focus on one thing, every time you are getting distracted by other things that are more important than the work you are doing at that moment. - Most of people who carry the projects on are not qualified to develop or manage an IT app. They don't receive any formation about these. This causes some projects that you have been working on to be cancelled. - Your work is not recognised, who is recognised is your boss. In conclusion, I don't want to say that Mercadona is a bad company to work in, but I feel like they need to change the culture, which is not going to be a fast change.
