- Having stayed in the company for sometime, I feel the engineering standard has been on the decline recently. - Lot of politics especially in middle management, which normally wouldn't bother me as an engineer, but I have seen a lot unfair evaluations and most of the talented engineers leaving because of insufficient raises, meaningless politics, etc. Hence the ones that tend to remain are ones who cannot switch and the ones that the company attracts as as per the salary offered, which leads to point 1. - The evaluation and the career ladder is not transparent. - Management doesn't seem to care about its engineers and the HRBP always tries to lowball offers, so if you do get an offer, negotiate the initial offer like your life depended on it as it won't be increasing for a long time until you learn the importance of playing politics in workplace. - The increment is minimal each cycle, they are trying to fix it but only as a reaction, by which most people have already left
