The pay and benefits were incredible, my team I worked with day to day were awesome. I came in with a lot of experience on the field and was paid adequately based on that tenure, which hasn't anyways been the case.

When I worked here in 2020-2021 this company was very well staffed in the CX department and yet, the work load was insurmountable and performance metrics were so hard to attain to give each task proper attention and thoughtful responses. It drove multiple people in my hiring class into mental health crisis requiring medical intervention, including myself. It looks like the majority of people I used to work with and who were good at their impossibly demanding jobs were laid off in 2022, and perhaps even more in 2023. But it doesn't look like the Management that created the most toxic environment I've worked in have been impacted. A real shame.
