      1. Better salary compared to other Japanese companies (could be better as the yen is on a 38 year low) 2. Felt mostly organised 3. A lot of reimbursements (Love the Bukatsus) 4. Fully Remote 5. Easy to loan a phone and SIM, and any beefed up machine for work (Not sure how usual it is in Japan but the previous companies I worked in didn't let this happen very easily)

      1. Salary could be better to offset the yen loses 2. Cross team communication can be better 3. Specs are not always finalised before development 4. Taking big initiatives might be hard to pursue

      The larger japanese company is the boss after all. US team switches up working structure & company priorities & strategies very frequently based on direction from japan team.
