1) No dress code. 2) Learning new technology which will help you in future. (Initially, You will be forced to work on technologies they want you to work on , no matter what profile you are hired for.) 3) Some good people, very very few ! (no seniors!) 4) Trips/Outings were good. (still lacks managing experience)

1) Management sucks ! 2) HR Department sucks ! Good for nothing, Zero rating for that. (Makes their own rules any time) 3) You will be sent to any client location as per their need, which is not right. 4) They will promise to compensate for sending to you to different location and they don't even stick to their own words. 5) Seniors sucks, they feel, they are the top most of their company , shows that they have lot of technical knowledge inside they are not even from IT background, and Senior employees of their company are called Managers there(with zero technical knowledge). 6) Technical Discussions also takes place in "Marathi Language" , Wake up guys, its a co-operate world atleast you should use some common language which everyone in team is able to understand and speak. 7) After you resign, they will try to retain you first, if you are needed, else they will just ask you to dont come from tomorrow itself (Lots of hire and fire policy) . Finally , they will treat you like not at all needed in your notice period, but the same time they wont leave you early,bcoz they are getting paid for you (wont even pay you half of what they are getting bcoz of you)! 8) Finally, after you leave, they wont even settle your payment as per their 60 days policy, they will make you beg your own hard earned money. 9) Salary comes very late now a days (next month after 10 days) 10) Senior employee of their own company speaks really bad about company and about management. (which is not right bcoz company's management and higher level people trust him alot) So , lastly rating average , if you dont have any good option then you can join otherwise a BIG NO NO!
