Within the offices, hierarchy is generally flat and junior employees have access to senior consultants. Junior staff has a strong voice in driving office culture.

Leadership (executives at Mercer) are out of touch with lines of business and local offices. Lots of rebranding and reorganizing that doesn't make sense or positively impact the business. Compensation could be more competitive. Technology needs to be better.
