Current services are a means to earn the money to buy new, more innovative companies form outside instead of fostering innovation internally – with all related consequences (e.g. short staffed, outdated tech, lack of investment into structure, marketing, genuine thought leadership etc). Firm has some strengths in some core areas, but hardly any reputation in others which is not helpful when it comes to exaggerated sales objectives.
