The people in the office are extremely nice. Having Mercer on your resume is a huge boost since apparently outside companies think Mercer is amazing.

Chaos is the best word to describe this place. There are 20 different ways for doing something and no clear direction on what the actual correct way is. Leadership/Producers come and go as they please however, all others (unless you are a "favorite) are hourly employees and given a hard time when wanting to flex their schedule or even take a vacation day. The job itself should be titled Glorified Administrative Assistant because there is a lot of printing/copying/document editing. The job itself isn't difficult. The opportunity to get promoted is slim, even though you are told differently when hired. The pay is low compared to other industry jobs and completely uneven between job titles. Lots of turnover lately which isn't surprising considering management is a joke.
