We appreciate the feedback you have provided – both on what worked for you during your time at Mercer and where we need to improve. We understand that organizational/management changes are hard to adapt to, but change is critical in the fast-paced global environment we are in, and as we spearhead the Future of Work. We are disappointed about how you felt about the company environment and want to emphasize that our company’s greatest resource is the collective talent and diverse experiences of our colleagues. The more inclusive we are, the more we can achieve together. Your comments about bullying and discrimination are very concerning; especially at Mercer we have zero-tolerance for bullying and discrimination of any kind and encourage colleagues to contact HR, their managers and any manager, in addition to our confidential compliance hotline whenever they encounter any issue of that nature. Lastly, there are many factors that sit between the goals we set for our overall business and the goals that are set at an individual level – but one common theme prevails which is to reward our talent fairly and transparently.
