These “favorites” can escape with murder while others are readily crucified! - No employee recognition whatsoever; only those who are “favorites” will win recognition and promotions (despite the fact that they are incompetent and have not earned the recognition or promotion) - Office politics runs rampant but senior management is either clueless or turns a blind eye - Management team is unprofessional, disrespectful and lacks management skills, thus allowing for colleagues to be condescending and rude to each other; there are no professional courtesies or etiquette shown in the workplace - Toxic and unethical work environment with no teamwork, no knowledge sharing, no training and a workplace rife with conflict from being understaffed, extremely high staffing turnover, cut-throat competition, back-stabbing and office politics. Throwing people under the bus is common practice here - Incompetent management team who lacks industry knowledge and experience thus leading to poor management decision-making, poor client service and increased risks
