Pathetic policies, if you travel onsite for work you end up paying from your own pocket because the finance policies are pathetic. They ask you to paste the bills neatly on A4 sized sheets before submitting. They will send you back the bills even if they are not pasted nicely. If your work needs you to travel get ready to shell out huge amount from your own pocket. Also when you are sent to other countries you don't get any per diem and only get cabs for work and food 2 times a day.... Its like you are not allowed to have any life outside company overseas. Work life balance is average, similar to other organizations in India - expected to be available 18x7
