You have to threaten to leave to see any pay progression. The red tape is extreme. No trust in leadership below the Executive team. No reward for good people management. The new regime is a Gestapo and believe that business starts and ends in NYC. Psst - there is phenomenal talent outside of the Big Apple. Open your eyes!! The North America President is a pitbull in a skirt. She snaps judgement so quickly and is extremely inappropriate in her language and behavior. Her lackeys will do anything for her, sacrificing their integrity, business policies, legal advice and their own personal life. The minute you push back - you are a goner.
