Awesome Company with Good Leadership - Recensione dipendente - Design Project Manager presso Merch Monster

I started working for Merch Monster when the Pandemic first struck the Country. The ability to work from home has given me the chance to make sure I can homeschool my child. While working for Merch Monster I have also been trained and learned so much from a very inspiring leader. We have dived into marketing projects and worked well together to maintain the well being of our customers and our company as a whole. I appreciate the position here at Merch Monster and only see good things to come!

The only negative thing I would say is I have not been able to travel to office due to pandemic restrictions.

Echoing other reviews the owner of this company is an ill-tempered, penny pinching, micro-manager who has very little experience in the industry. Not an easy person to work with, leading to high turnover and burnout. He also refused to make basic safety upgrades to the workshop until threatened with a hefty fine from OSHA. Screen printing uses multiple hazardous chemicals that cause short and long term damage to the body when inhaled or with prolonged exposure to skin. The owner did not seem to think that was a good enough reason to install air ventilators, an eyewash station, label chemicals or create a MSDS. Overall employee satisfaction ranks low on the priority list at this company, so if that's what you're looking for this is not the place for you.
