You will get fired for providing truthful answers when asked what are some of the best practices you have seen at other companies. Your answers can back fire you and some managers take things too personal when they don't like what they hear and actively make sure you get fired, rather than correcting and working how to make things better and more effective for their teams. Too bad if your manager will not have the spine to stand up for you or bother to find out the truth. HR is a total waste and do what they are asked to do like puppets without any professionalism. Look else where if you want any dignity in work life and don't waste your time with MeS. Environment very political and overly bureaucratic. Some manager who have nothing to do basically look for reasons to escalate and make an issue out of nothing. Make someone the unfortunate guinea pig so their mistakes get covered with the noise they create.
