Pros - the singular pro is that you can make some coin if you sell your soul to the devil and vibe with their rotten management.

Literally everything. Run like a thief in the night in the opposite direction from anything to do with this organization, because that's exactly what they are. Worst manager of my career. Worst work environment of my career. Blatant bigotry on the floor of their CORPORATE HQ just footsteps away from the CEO, CFO, VP, and SVP doors who are none the wiser to it.. Blatant favoritism at the dealership that rewards gender and comfort over merit. Their attempts at good PR via clever photo ops with their minority management are literally just empty attempts at good PR- they are empty portrayals of something that does not exist. There might be few new good eggs but they never last too long because the company doesn't tolerate change for the better if teachers pets don't like it so good eggs are weeded out or weed themselves out fast. Decades of nepotism from the top down, and local friends hiring friends, has rotted that place out from the core like an old apple with nothing left to give. Go work for their competitors- there's several out there with simple google search.
