Pay was good . The environment was challenging my superiors did not understand me. I did also like the vacation pay and benefits. I really like going on vacation.

My supervisors did not seem to understand me. They refused to asst me with my responsibilities and really didn't seem to care about my problems. I was always passed over for more responsibility.
