Ridiculous schedules and scrimping on resources mean you will be squeezed for every last ounce before you burnout. The salary isn't actually good if you take into account hours worked. Due to high turnover and using graduates to do most of the work, you are working with a lot of incompetent people who have no idea about the processes. No consitency between projects or business units. Overall sloppy but the business succeeds purely based on putting extreme demands on its employees.
