8yI really appreciate your feedback and I’m glad you are happy working at Mercury. We continue to strive to make Mercury a great place to work. It’s good to know that even as we’ve grown, our efforts to walk the talk are being noticed and our core values are resonating with employees, both new and existing. Our rapid organic and acquisition related growth has caused us to evolve. Specifically, over the last 12 months Human Resources at Mercury has undergone a complete transformation - as a team and as a function. We have worked to bring on board exceptional HR talent, many of whom are new, to guide the business through this transition and to implement the necessary enterprise tools and processes that will enable us to scale and that will grow with us. All of this is occurring while the HR team is still getting to know one another and working to define responsibilities and expectations. Given all they are trying to accomplish, some turbulence is to be expected, but this is no excuse for the poor treatment you’ve referenced. Emma Woodthorpe and I have been and will continue to work with the HR team to ensure that appropriate human interactions remain a priority and in line with our values.
