I need more time to think about what is a positive.

Too many people have been there for too long. They are set in their ways. They are unable to adapt to the new way of doing things, therefore no one knows who is supposed to be doing what. The new EHR is not working properly and they don’t know how to fix it because they’re too focused on how it used to be. No one is in charge. They are looking for everyone else to blame. They cannot get their act together.
