MercyOne is a wonderful organization to work for. Family-Friendly and a nice culture. Senior leadership cares about the colleagues and it feels evident. Staff are friendly and say hello when passing in the hallways. Staff will always stop to assist someone who doesn't know where they are supposed to go.

I would love more lunch options. That is not really a con, though.

Excellent culture! I love how each meeting starts with a reflection and employees are encouraged to keep their cameras on during meetings so you can really engage with each other. Good benefits, great mental health and wellness support.

There are always challenges in healthcare, but overall, I don' t have a lot of cons with my experience at MercyOne.
