Lots of politics and power moves. Poor communication. Started confident in my design abilities and left a mess. Horrible environment that affected my health.
My advice to anyone looking to work there is, go for it, get all the experience you can and take the money, but be strong and objective. The place is mental and if you find your confidence diving. It's probably not you, don't worry. I wish I had known before starting that this was a pattern of the boss (the slow grinding down of staff). There are some staff that have been there a while, but in the more recent past lot of staff have come and gone in the same sad pattern (Get taken on as a new hope of design , then told you can't do your job, and then you get slowly managed out and the boss lies to other staff about why you are leaving)
