Administration team was less than par. Human Resources (Administration team) spends most of the day smoking outside smoking while locking up the building to both employees and guests. She was never around when a question needed to be answered. The nurse, if you can call her that- also spent most of the day outside smoking. When she was in the building she was so adamant about making other employees aware that she was the "boss". She was constantly antagonizing residents, which in turn, caused them to act out against her. The executive director was rarely there or if he was there was rarely seen or engaged.
