Administration promotes a factory mindset. Client care is a distant second to amassing as many billable hours as possible. If you don't buy in to this mindset or, god forbid, come up short on productivity, your job is subject to a rigid "three strikes and you're out" policy which covers any and all mistakes within your job expectations. Development and training are rarities with the aforementioned expectations being the focus of management. An "Us vs. Them" environment in which feedback on policy is discouraged is being cultivated.
