The HR are friendly and helpful and take initiatives to make the workplace safe. Additionally, they also come up with new ideas and programs to have a well-balanced worklife between family, work and fun. The cafeteria and cab service have previously been problematic, but all issues are resolved to their best capabilities. Also, many events are organized throughout the year to make work less monotonous. It's a diverse culture and the employees are encouraged to come forward due to the open-door policy. The workspace as well as other areas of the building are maintained well.
