No downsides of working at Merle Norman

Relaxed environment when the boss’s boyfriend wasn’t there , nice music, play with makeup.

Awful pay, no pay increase, no bonuses for any hard work. Left due to sexual harassment from the boss’s boyfriend who would come in and drink in the back and watch p*rn. Awful experience.
