Extremely disorganized company. Promotions have nothing to do with merit but rather, on personal relationships which is very unprofessional. Top performers constantly leave the company. HR is a disaster and makes you interview people even when they are well-aware that an internal candidate has already been chosen, clearly wasting everyone's time.
