-Hired and terminated within three weeks due to "performance expectations" that were never clearly communicated or supported with training -Position has been a revolving door with 5 to 6 people cycling through the same role, each fired for identical reasons -Management expects new hires to perform independently from day one with minimal supervision or guidance, which is unrealistic for any position, especially in engineering -Extremely isolating work environment at the branch office where I was frequently the only person present, sitting alone in a dark office for entire 9 hour shifts -Company culture feels like a retirement home where senior staff are coasting to the finish line rather than building a dynamic team -Job requirements were continuously lowered after each failed hire until they were accepting entry level candidates, yet expectations remained impossibly high -What was promised during interviews bore no resemblance to the actual day to day reality
