Extremely rude and unhelpful management team. CEO is not friendly and there is no real onboarding. You will spend a couple days meeting different people but then left in the dust to teach yourself about Merritt and your job role. The culture is toxic and you will not be successful unless you are a part of the Merritt Clique. HR will tell you that the bad reviews you read and see are because of their high shop turnover rate but that isn't true
