      Easy to get away with doing absolutely nothing.

      If they don't like you they will get rid of you faster than you can blink with no warning. This makes Merritt Group a toxic work environment. From the day you start you will be paranoid about them getting rid of you. Do yourself a favor and don't accept an offer to work here. There are other much better places to work in the NOVA area.
